Motivational theory applications suggest motivating the employees in the organization and in diverse groups and this cannot be considered as contradiction. In my opinion, I believe that the motivational theory arguments on recognizing the individual and their differences and it does not contradict with the belief of providing attention to employees who work within a diverse team. Motivational factors are associated with the employee performance and the organizational productivity. The different things that employees bring for team is the skill sets and with it the employee performance can be enhanced
